THE PATH OF THE TYTAN

The path of the Tytan encompasses the commitment and philosophy of strength of both the mind and the body. It is the approach of going big and beyond what you think you can do. It is embracing challenges and taking that mentality everywhere you go. Such as life, you get what you earn. Life is about growth. If you are not growing, you are remaining the same. If a plant doesn’t grow, is it living or simply existing?

 

This is a fitness strength camp comprised of group physical training programs. These programs are designed to build strength, that “toned look,” and overall fitness through a variety of form-focused intense group circuit training over a 30-40 minute time period. Th exercises primarily consist of compound ergonomic movements and athletic movements to aid increased fat burn.  ARE YOU READY TO FORGE YOUR BODY LIKE A TYTAN?!!  Are you ready to annihilate your goals??!!!

 

So who is this for?  This is a call to the inexperienced, the sedentary, former and current athletes of any sport, runners, mud/obstacle course runners, and anyone looking for something different.  Anyone can do this.  It’s YOU vs. YOU!  Positivity and commitment are the only two requirements. Make an Impact on your life!

I love my workouts with Jerome! I have been with him for 4 years. Started in a beginners class and progressed to this class. Jerome is awesome. He will work with you at your speed and with any ailments you might have. He is patient, fun, knowledgable, and understanding. It’s 30 mins of your time 2-4 days a week. High impact to low impact, different exercises every day, working all muscles in your body, keeps you on your toes � All the people that are in the classes are great! Come try a class and see how much fun working out can be!

I have been part of Tytan Impact since Jerome started it. I first trained with Jerome at a Boot camp. I liked it immensely and when they closed the location myself and several others prodded him to open his own. i take the 1/2 hour class which is interval training with weights and cardio. I had never lifted a weight in my life prior this and really enjoy it. I was skeptical a 1/2 hour work out would show results but it definitely does. He works with you at your level as well and because the class is not huge, he is able to do this. I have tried regular gyms and didn't enjoy them. If you are looking for a more personal program I would highly recommend it. He is great at what he does!
